Hey guys. In the next two or three years I would like to add a supercharger to my Z. (Vortech, ATI, or if something better comes out for a similar price) I'm trying to look ahead and buy mods now that will be useful with the SC. I want to do it right, have it reliable, and last long. So maybe you guys could help me out here, and give me some suggestions on where I should start. I don't want to get mods that ill have to remove (are useless) when I get the SC.

Well, it depends on what supercharger you are getting. With a Stillen you can get an intake mod, with something else you can't. I say most n/a mods will work (don't do internals though).

 

Thanks for the reply. I am gearing more towards the ATI or the Vortech. Why would you not do internals? Wouldn't that up the longevity of the engine?
