Using a different BOV for the APS TT kit
I have since been in a test drive with a bone stock APS TT Z. Man, what a rush, but the BOV wasn't very loud at all (albiet very functional being a dual chamber). Anyway, I noticed under lower boost it blows it off back into the intake, and under full boost it vents to atmosphere. If I were to replace it with a standard BOV something like the HKS super sequential would that be detrimental to the performance/saftey of this kit? I would no longer be venting low boost to the intake.
Thanks

you might as well try venting the APS to the atmosphere first and see if you like how it sounds before bothering to spend the money on another BOV... just be sure and block off the hole in the intake pipe so you are not getting any unfiltered air.

Is that a Turbo ---> Intercooler or Intercooler --->Engine????
Cause I think Greddy had two BOV each pipe(Turbo ---> Intercooler)
but APS had a only one (Intercooler ---> Engine Inkake pipe)?
I has been order Greddy RS BOV from GQ........................
Nitrous,
The greddy kit comes with NO BOV's nor is it flanged (leaving it up to the customer). The APS kit comes with a dual stage BOV, with two outlets. One outlet goes back into the intake (to the throttle body) for low boost venting, and the high boost venting hole goes out to the atmosphere... (don't know why i'm explaning this, you have an APS kit and should be able to see the little hose that goes from the BOV to the intake pipe.) Phunk means to block the hole on the intake pipe from the BOV and let it vent both holes to the atmosphere.

yes thats what i meant. The APS kit has a hose that goes from the BOV primary outlet to the air filter to turbo pipe. If you vent the BOV to the atmosphere on both stages, then the air filter pipe will have an open hole in it, you would want to plug this securely to make sure debris does not get sucked into the turbo... also make sure you plug it WELL so the turbo doesnt suck in your plug! That pipe will get quite the vacuum when the turbos spool.

Yea, most likely if I get this setup, I'll ditch that lame looking hose-connected BOV and weld on a nice flange for a standard BOV. That hose looks ultra cheap, for a $7+k kit you think they would have welded a flange on there.
