Default Couple comparo dyno charts

APS TT + Pulleys v. APS TT + Pulleys + Test Pipes (notice the 40+lb of torque increase between 3-4K rpm even though the peak # only increased by 10lbs

Here is the APS + Pulleys + test pipes v. tuned Vortech + full exhaust v. Stock (notice that the peak horsepower difference between the APS & Vortech is only 11 but between 3500 and 5500 ranges between 40 and 50 rwhp difference)

damn, 75+ft lbs difference in the mid-RPMs between APS & Vortech... amazing what two snails can do to the area under the curve...

I see the difference the test pipes made (and expected that) but what I'd like to see is a comparo between test pipes and high-flow cats of some sort (for those not quite as daring) - at any rate, numbers look great... I wish my car could put down those kind of numbers! (all in due time )

389wp is pretty decent with an APS at stock boost settings.

I noticed the same thing when swapping to test pipes, and a free flowing exhuast. Peak increase was marginal..about 10-13whp, but the trq and WHP curve across the board was tremendous. Test pipes work wonders for the midrange.

This dyno may have been without any tuning.

This is a straight out of the box untuned dyno for the APS. I'll be tuning it once the water injection kit is finished and I return from Unichip training in Oregon.

I beleive the 400-430 numbers have been with a full exhaust. The APS boost is 8.5psi and I beleive the Vortech was 8.5 or 8, whatever the stock Vortech kit makes without an upgraded pulley but with tuning.

Those curves are the reason I went with TT rather than SC much better midrange power, thanks for charts.
