Searching for BOV for Vortech.
Forgive me for posting this but im looking for some answers, i remember reading on the board that someone has used a type r bov for their vortech. I am wondering if there will be any sound difference. also if it will even work without any modification.
on a side note im searching for a picture of a blue z (front bumper picture) looks like the picture is fading back to a shadowed background. thanks in advance

I think you're referring to Booger. He installed a Greddy RS and had to resell it within a week. Apparently he had some issues with it leaking under vaccum or something... Somoene said that a Greddy S worked well with the Vortech. However, that is because it doubles as a bypass valve, which the vortech kit already includes.

Is it the R type...or the S type....I thought the S type can be used as a bypass . The RS that I bought could only be used as a BOV . I now have a S type and I still couldnt get it to work as a bypass . It has [ 2 ] ports on it , and I tried both...no go . Im wondering if a spring needs to be changed or removed . I emailed Greddy on it and never got a reply . Sure would like to find this out . ...aaron from this site is running the S type with his SC . But said he didnt install it , so he couldnt help
