Install APS TT on 350Z with < 1K miles?
Hi All,
I'm the proud owner of a new 2005 350Z Roadster!! I only have about 60 miles on the car right now and I want to add the APS TT kit. Would it be safe to do so or should I put a few thousand miles on it first?
And with the APS TT kit, if you lower your compression, does it need to be reprogrammed or is it just a matter of increasing boost?
TIA
Zuzo

I will wait until you do the first, oil change. I am in the process of adding a APS TT my self to my 2004 ZR.
CALL Forged Internals at

Not quite sure about this but from what i have heard that they are having issues trying to tune with the 05 ecu and therefore no one has installed or released a kit for that particular year. I believe they are still working on i. Give it time.

After the 1000mile mark and an oil change, I say go for it! I have always been a firm believe in a more aggresive break-in process.APS says the 05 ECU is compatable with their kits, but I have not seen an installation done on an 05 model just yet.
We do have a GB going on the kits, so by the time arrives, your car will comfortably broken in!
Look at the bright side!
