? Emanage vs SplitSec. Box ?
I've noticed that some Vortech owners are changing out the SS box to the Emanage. I was wondering what are the advantages of the Emanage over the SS box?

S12's right... the big reason I went with the Vortech tuner kit was to control larger injectors....I wouldn't try going to 550cc without an ECU reflash...I went with 440ccs which are just at the max 50% larger limit Emanage will support.
I think that the stock injectors are destined to an early demise given the duty they face when you add the vorteck kit, and if you suffer fuel starvation under boost then you may have detonation, and then it's over I'm afraid.

I was able to control the 550's with the SS box . But I thought the flash would be better . Ruff idle and all . Well Im having second thought about it . The SS box seems to have done just about as good as job as the flash . Will know more later after I get the blower back from Vortech
The eMange is far more sophisticated than the SS box. The SS box uses MAF adjustment to enrich fuel, just like an SAFC. The eManage actually drives the injectors and the coils, by adding injector pulse width directly, or delaying the coil signal. The tuning software and also more powerful, and MUCH easier to use.
You can also scale injectors with one click, set MAF clamps, adjust for different MAP and MAF sensors, and a whole slew of other neat features.
The two systems are night and day in terms of functionality.

I may have to end up going with the E-manage . If my idle and starting doesnt get better after I check a few things . I may disconnect the SS box while I have the blower off and see if its the box it self that is causing the problem . The SS box pulls 1 1/2 degree's of timing just being hooked up and having the cams and 550 injectors , the timing being taken out by the box maybe the problem
