So far Darton and AEBS are the only companies that offer sleeves for our engines that I know of. I know a few people including Charles from CJ-Motorsports went with the AEBS sleeves and I remember seeing someone who went with the Darton sleeves.
As far as a good place for information, call up AEBS, I am sure that should help.

At the time, from what they where saying, I had some thoughts and concerns about how to best build (and seal) our engines.
My original post was an attempt to gain information and possibly learn something.
Like I said before, sometimes actual experiences are better than just reading about them.

Actually, its Gurgen and Phunk that are having coolant leakage issues with the AEBS sleeved motors. It took soon to tell if its the sleeves, or something else that is causing the head gaskets to fail.
That said, I would be looking at Darton for sleeves....personally.

Sorry to bring this back from the dead.. but I thought it signifigant..
I would not advise letting AEBS sleeve a block.. I had 2 QR25DE blocks that sank sleeves.. that were both sleeved by AEBS. I have switched to a different machine shop.. and have had good luck so far. 1 block, the number 2 sleeve dropped .002"! I put a flat bar on top, with a feeler guage.. and could see the gap. It puked coolant out of the overflow jug on a 400whp pull. AEBS claimed that it wasn't anything that they did wrong.. of course.
