For you Stillen S/C owners...
I have a custom pulley for ya. Ever so slightly smaller than Stillen's stage 3 pulley. Prolly good for another 5whp over stage 3. In any case, if you want to measure and verify, it measures 2.625" in diameter at the top of the belt grooves/teeth (where it is supposed to be measured). If you measure at the edge, it measures 2.725".
I'm guessing the price to be at $95 (+S&H if outside of Houston -OR- +Tax if inside Houston). Reason I'm guessing the price is that I'm returning it to Auto Specialties for a slightly smaller pulley and they'll prolly resell, and I bought at $95.
In the pics, pulley is shown compared to Stillen's black stage 2 pulley. Stillen's blue stage 2 pulley is slightly smaller than the black one. This custom pulley should be smaller (or equal to) Stillen's red (stage 3) pulley.
NOTE: This pulley has 37 degree angle teeth (as opposed to Stillen's 45 degrees or so). This means that our belts (Gatorback, etc.) won't ride in as deep, but it also means that the pulley will not cut into belts so deep, perhaps allowing the belt to last longer. See pics for difference. I don't think it makes any, but I won't know till I try on my car (in 3 weeks).
Msg me only if you're insterested and I'll forward the first serious interested party to Auto Specialties, here in Houston.

There is not much size difference between the Stage 2 and 3 pulley. As the pulley gets smaller the amount the boost will change with a small change in diameter increases. If this were any smaller than the Stage 3 and you live at 1500ft or lower elevation I would be nervous to put it on without a upgrading the fuel pump, injector and split second box. Just my 2 cents.
