Good things man good things...a belated congrats...Make sure you got yourself on the dyno post install and get a few runs first. Just as a shake down run to make sure everything is installed right and running well. I have no doubts it will be as SGP is a GREAT shop. But better safe then sorry. Besides you want to have a dyno chart ready when you start smoking fools so you can show them what you got...!!

 

I would like to met up with you once it is done.I would love to see the setup in person I'm going to be there tomorrow to pick up my car, then it is off to the body shop. Good luck and have fun boostN

im getting jitters man! i havent gottan my car yet, im picking it up friday morning (tomorrow) and now i got cold feet...to tell you the truth, im scared of having a turbo z, not because if quickness, but because i dont wanna blow anything...and with my luck i might just do that pulling out of sgp..i dont think ill be running my car...or even going fast, once again, yes im scared of blowing something up. is it me or has anyone felt this way too? can MY car handle a turbo...no a 350z, but MY 350z...get it? im escardeded....

So have you got it installed yet? How loud is the BOV? Is it a whistle or woosh bov?

 

If you really are worried talk to SGP...Tell them your concerns and see what they can do to alleviate some of them...I'm sure you'll see that everything is fine when you see your car on the dyno..

 

no, i havent gotta back yet, i spoke to kyle at sgp, its installed, but i havent gotten a chance to hear it, thats a main thing that i wanna hear too...the bov...wooosh!

Don't worry about it to much. If you drive it like normal and only go into boost when needed you wont put that much stress on the motor. Don't forget your car will act like stock untill you go WOT then the beast will come alive. Just talk with Mark when he tunes your car and he will ease your nerves. SGP has pushed out high HP 350z so yours wont be any problem.

ok, i got the car back...all i have to say is holy S H I T E! yes im irish for that one second. anyways, i couldnt really get on it because of the worn down tires i have, all i did was slip, but when i was on fifth gear and i went wot. ooooh, it gave me goosebumps! maybe its cuz i gotta tinkle or maybe its cuz the turbo is freaking loud, but man on man, it kicks ****...yes, im irish again....i gotta meet up with someone in houston, so if your in the southeast side, let me know, ill be here...about the BOV, i didnt get much loudness off of it, maybe cuz my windows were up, but it wasnt as loud as i expected, and the bov only goes off at wot, not when driving it slowly, i thought it would, but i guess im wrong...overall im very impressed, hopefully i can take pics soon, the front looks decent with the factory grill cutoff, and the intercooler showing...

 

Congrats There is nothing better then boost, I wish I could met up with you but my car is in the body shop, but I do have to go back to SGP for some more tuning so maybe then I could meet up with you, should be in only a couple of weeks. I also wish I lived in Houston there is so much more there then SA.
