Well if you don't follow the instructions Phunk then some times you will suffer more pain than necessary - instructions are not intended to be exciting, rather to make sure that the right parts are fitted in the correct order during the turbo install, no wonder you missed fitting the right bolt to ensure sufficient clearance to the charge air pipe.

the instructions were OK, but really lacked when it came to talking about how to route things. with such tight spaces, a lot of time was spent routing and rerouting lines, hoses, wires, etc.

Talking about instructions, Peter, do you have anything that relates to the G35 install? Like what's different, what needs to be installed differently, which parts won't fit, etc?

Just to put some of this in perspective, they guys at Dyno-Comp told me that when compared to the engineering and quality of the APS TT kit, the "other" kits they've installed on Z's seem like they were thrown together in somebody's backyard.
