Sumo power here in the UK may be worth contacting about it. They have built afew HKS 350's

FYI: there is more than one way to get a 9.5 psi pulley

i emailed both sumo and sp engineering. both deny knowledge of this pulley.

I believe sumo used the standard pulley.

has anyone with this kit tried a plenum mod and if so, did it do anything?

I'm sure it will add something if you tune for it. It's going to flow more air. How much depends on which plenum mod.
