Waste Gate Springs ???
I'm having my whole motor build and plan on boosting above 12 psi, do i need to swap out the wastegate springs, and if so where to get new ones ?

Anyways, enough self-promotion. Yes, if you plan to boost 12psi, you should change out the springs. Boost controllers work best when increasing boost no more than double the wastgate spring. so to make the boost controller's job easier, we usually upgrade springs. Just keep in mind that the new spring will your new low boost floor. Most of us go with .8bar springs, since this will deliver roughly 10.5psi of boost pressure, after you factor in the intercooler pressure decrease.
The Tial springs are backorder for 5 days, so if you need them quickly, buying them second hand is a great idea. We sell them for $80 shipped, so that's a good price that Paul is offering. I would snap them up!
Can we change out the springs on the Turbonetics kit? Just minor increase. Lets say to a 9psi or 9.5psi.
I dont feel like spending couple hundred dollars getting a boost controller if Im just gonna boost up a little and stay with it.

I see.
But with the manual boost controller is pretty much a trial and error thing when setting it right? Turn ****, run, check boost, adjust ****, run, check boost, adjust again...
The reason I would go with the spring is when I swap it, I'll know exactly what my boost will be. No boost creep problem(?). And not worry it about adjusting it ever again.
...I know. Im lazy.

The most consistent boost controller I've seen/read reviews on is the HKS EVC 5. That or the Blitz SBC id... The Blitz got my interest because it has a auto boost set. Instead of setting gains, and % of boost like the Greddy you just tell the Blitz how much boost you want in PSI and do a few dyno runs. The Blitz will automatically adjut to that pressure and give you a great spool up characteristic after 3-4 runs.
