This is perfect for a new PE kit, becuase the PE kit doesnt come with an engine management system.

An FCON, in the hands of a professional tuner, is still a more powerful machine. Just make sure to consider the cost, and availability of an HKS Pro Dealer, that can tune it on a 350Z.

The EU, is about 90% of of the functionality of a stand alone, but at a fraction of the price, and with less installation complexity, since people can just swap out their existing eManages.

Doubtful....I wish they would upgrade it, but they rarely do turbo kit improvements, once they are released.


Personally, I think they should just kill the blue eManage entirely, since this unit is such a dramtic improvement.

 

That is my understanding of it...it comes with a new version of the support tool.

I suspect the cable is the same, but the software is definately different. You would use your laptop for tuning...as you currently do.

You can still keep your reflash. The EU would be your fine tuning device.

Sharif, will this work with Profec? Also, what do you think of slapping this onto a Stillen install, dropping 7th injector in place of 6 larger injectors, and programming the sucker rather than enjoying the un-benefit of Stillen's blackbox design? A worthwhile venture?

Yes, it will work with the Profec. Your idea is sound, and this will work nicely with a Stillen SC, or any SC for that matter. The eManage is extremely versatile, and will work will any of these setups. I have never been a fan of secondary injectors for most applications. I would just drop RC 440CC injectors into your car, and tune with the emanage.

Also, I would be interested in doing a GB on the Autosport Harness to plug between the Emanage and the ECU. What price can you do on it?

I'll also take every other cable/harness, hardware and anything else you recommend with this set up. LOL I'll just do this right the first time.

Ok then, I still want one, harness and all. ....I'll start counting my pennies...500 and something right. I got the cash so no worries here, #14 on the list is good to go for the EU.

In regards to the AutoSport Harness, I would need 5 people to buy them, to get a better discount. If at least 5 people from this group want to buy the AutoSport wiring patch harness, I can do something special for them.
