I want to go with a High Flow Cat combo once I get my APS TT installed and since I am getting the APS True Dual Exhaust I need to know which HF cats will work or won't with it.

I want to get one that passes Emissions in Cali and so far the 2 that have it confirmed are:
Helix High Flow Cats and
Ultimate-Racing High Flow Cats.

Would either of these work with the APS exhaust and if not which one would?

There shouldn't be a problem.

you might want to check out the Crawford HF cats as well.

 

Crawford was my first choice but they don't seem to pass emissions from what I read

 

Crawford's, and yes they will pass the sniffer. However, no cat, other than stock, is legal on any car with less than 50K miles on it. Even if a cat is damaged, it must, to be legal, be replaced with a stock cat. During an emissions test, your at the mercy of the visual inspection. If the inspector knows what the stock cat looks like, you'll fail, if he doesn't, you'll pass. Chances are, he wont, and all will be well.
