they probably did not use a window switch and a tps switch. Nitrous is very safe if used correctly. I had nitrous for a long time not one problem ever. So did thousands of other people

That's why we were laughing about it earlier.

I love nitrous but decided on the Twins because twins are sexy

+1

Nitrous is actually BETTER for your motor than most boost applications if tuned CORRECTLY because it significantly cools the intake charge. What sucks is making sure your bottle is open when you want it, make sure it's the right pressure and not running out. That's why I opted for boost over nitrous this time.

I ran 10 bottle of nitrous through my old Maxima between a 50 and a 100 shot in 5 thousand miles a couple years ago. I had my oil analyzed before and after the nitrous for engine wear...and the wear was IDENTICAL.

Dude..you are just full of great quotes.

First of all...NOS is a COMPANY that makes nitrous oxide injection kits. Nitrous Oxide (the gas) is what you're referring to.

So unless you hate the company: Nitrous Oxide Systems, I suggest you refer to the correct thing....it's not NAWWWWS it's Nitrous Oxide or N2O.

Think whatever you want about nitrous, you obviously didn't use it correctly, so it's not the Nitrous' fault that you blew up your motor...it's your own.

19 grand for a new motor?? You've got to be kidding.

hope you get back on track soon.

I went to visit Brainstorm yesterday for their BBQ Dyno day and Q&A with David from APS. I must say I am more and more impressed with Brainstorm, they really know what they are doing. I also got to talk to David from APS for quite a while and am happy that he confirmed that they have now passed several of the CARB tests on the TT and the kit will be CARB certified hopefully within 6 months or so. I really like that guy, no ******** straight forward answers very different than Peter I must say.

In terms of my car: it's almost done, I'm supposed to get it back on Wednesday. I was so excited seing it there with the Intercooler and exhaust in place in addition to several other parts, but boy it's hard to be patiend
