Anybody have to change the pulley belt on a Stillen? I am changing mine because it was cracking. Woundering if anyone has done it and has any suggestions because the belt is very tight to get back on. Stillen says to just roll it on but that may be very diificult. Please provide some suggestions.

 

it rolls on fairly easily.
Here is how I do it:
1. remove the lower 6 rib belt. (which entails loosening the lower tensioner also)
2. loosen the upper tensioner
3. remove old belt
4. loop new belt on lower pulley
5. start the belt on the upper pulley, and using a socket wrench on the superchargers pulley, rotate the supercharger clockwise while rolling the belt on.
6. tighten the tensioner
7. reinstall lower belt.
