Default Quick help - Boost gauge install

Guys,
Buddy of mine is pretty much done w/ his Turbonetics install but he was asking me about what line to hook the boost gauge into. It says to use the FPR line as the source, but we aren't 100% sure which line to use as the source.

Can anyone give me any info on where to locate the line? Thanks!

The boost gauge will work on any line from the intake. Since it is a closed system, you can tap in anywhere. I have mine hooked up to the top, front, left nipple that comes from my plenum. You can also tap into the PCV line that comes from the front, bottom, left.

Won't hooking into your PCV line cause oil to run your gauge?

He is going to try hooking into the 1st method you said and he thinks it will work. Thanks man!

You are right about the oil, I was thinking of my setup, my Procharger re-routes the PCV lines, my bad.
