Whats up 350z owners. I just purchased my z about 3 weeks ago and am interested in a turbokit. I have a few questions I would like to ask.
1. What kit on the market is the most complete and most reliable
2. Can I make 400hp reliably
3. Would it be wise to invest in pistons and rods
Thanx.

1. turbonetics/aps twin/aps single
2. yes. with good emanage unit such as greddy ultimate emanage
3. always a good idea to be safe and go the extra mile.
4. do some research, the search button is your friend, it will take several weeks reading all the post about f/i. it can't be sumed up in a few post on one thread. goodluck with going f/i and contracts on the new z purchase.

+1 well said my friend
1. Depends what you mean by reliable. APS is proven to be very professional kit all parts are very good an work well with each other. I haven't seen or experienced a Turbonetics kit but they seem to be just as good from what i've heard.
2. Can I make 400hp reliably?
Once again what is reliably to you. I've had my kit on for 15,000 miles at the power level in my sig. 440 and 403trq. I have had 0 issues. I did receive 4 check engine lights. 3 random misfire and 1 evap something. All were clearable and the car always ran the same.
3. Would it be wise to invest in pistons and rods?
In the long run it will benefit you. If you could do it. Build it from the get go. If not just have fun.
