Default greddy intercooler steel bumper

anybody remember the post a long time ago where somebody with the greddy TT kit fabricated a custom steel bumper made from just a long tube of steel piping, so he could have some protection and still use the greddy intercooler?

i need some pics or to find that thread.

Sorry I can't answer your question, but may I ask why you're curious? Ditching the APS by any chance?

i had one of the first TS bumpers in the states a long time ago, but it scrubbed way too much. a friend of mine does custom fiberglass stuff, we are trying to make a one-off custom bumper for the G and FI.
