Default 350z PE radiator installed in G

I posted this in the engine forum, but since a few high power FI guys are having cooling issues I thought I would post here also.

I just had a Power Enterprises radiator installed in my G after I discovered that my stock radiator had a hole in it. I was going install an after market radiator anyway, but I was waiting for one to hit the market that was specifically for the G. Unfortunatley I needed one now so I had the 350z PE modified to work on the G. The only fabrication that needed to be done was to extend the top mounting brackets. Unlike the Koyo, the fan blades and the shroud did not need to be cut in order to fit. Thanks to www.forgedinternals.com for a great price and fast shipping.
The work was done by http://www.premiereautotech.com in Pembroke Pines, FL.

Looks good! Nice to know there is something that fits without shaving down 40% of the stock fans!

What is the cooling capacity compared to stock? What about compared to the Koyo? Price?

Dan told me you had a Koyo, I will now kick him for being wrong!

Hey Gman...looks great, and nice install. I am starting to be convinced that the PE Radiator, although more expensive than Koyo, is the way to go. When you factor in the extra labor needed to make the Koyo fit, the PE radiator looks like a very comparable alternative.

nice work!

Hi Kevin, there is no standard for comparing the cooling capacity of a radiator, which makes a comparo nearly impossible. The Koyos are about $350-$400 shipped, and the PE is $620-$630 shipped. I sold GMan the last one that PE had, but they should have more in about 2 weeks.
