Anyone know where to buy a smaller pulley for the Vortech SC to get more boost? I asked Vortech and they said the kit comes with the smallest pulley they sell.

That cannot be correct. They sell the kit with a 3.33 pulley. There is a 3.12 and a 2.87 available from Vortech.

Instead of fooling around, just call CPRacing 1-877-cprace-1 and ask for Matt or DJ. CPRacing is a forum sponsor and they do really good work (they installed and tuned my kit). They'll hook you up and probably even have the 3.12 in stock. They'll also have the p/n available for the gates belt that goes with the pulley.

Do you void the warrenty from Vortech by going with a smaller pulley and what kind of gains should you expect from it.

When I read through the warranty info it said that the 3 year warranty on the blower was voided if the main pulley was removed. I was told that the 3.12 pulley only lowered the warranty on the blower to 1 year, which kind of contradicts what I remember reading in the Vortech 3 Year Limited Warranty Registration.
