Default Planning On Going 3.12 On Vortech, Need Your Help

Sup guys, does any 1 know where I can buy the 3.12 pulley/belt for the best price?

Also for those of you that already have done this, did you feel a dramatical
increase in power?

And last, I know it voids warranty but how safe is it running the 3.12 is there any should and should not?

Thanks

Go to Vortechs web site....6 rib , 3.125 pulley...$70 I think . You should see the boost build a little faster and gain 10 to 15whp with each lb of boost gained after a retune

If I remember correctly, CP Racing said that the 3.12 pulley was the smallest that they would use on the stock internals.

Yeah, def. Vortech's website. Thats where I got mine. It is recommended to not go lower than the 3.12 pulley, but then again, how hard do you plan on running your car on a consistent basis? I rarely go above 6500rmps so I am going with the 2.87. I know this will be a risk, but I'm like everyone else, never satisfied.

3.12 pulley is the smallest you should go stock, I suggest getting a retune also once swapping out the pulley. Depending on other mods you should see anywhere from 8-10psi. We have some in stock if you still need one.
