407350-22 NISSAN 350Z 2003-2006 ; Drive Belt for Supercharger $25.00

Thanks
22 inch 4 rib is the one that attaches directly to the supercharger.... the smallest belt... and the one that you can really only get from stillen and perf. nissan.

these are my belt #,s
Or you can do what I did and remove that pesky black plastic idler pulley (mine made terrible noises...even after trying to replace it) and use the stock sized serpentine belt.... I cant imagine it would be a different belt number for the various stages though...
The only belt that could change is the one that attches to the pulley that changes size based on your stage...

Glad you asked. And yes eventually I did. I put the belt on and had no slip for a few hundred miles, then (IMO) once the belt was broken in it began to slip above 5k rpms. So I went back under the hood... tightened it down some more, and havent had any slip since. I love it. I am using a gatorback belt which I also love because they don't crack like the other ones are prone to.

i did the same thing, that little black pully was making some nasty noises.i used the stock size gates and have had to tighten it once in 5,000 miles.now the upper tensioner is making noise(i have the old spring loaded original style) i just got the new style wich looks a lot better.gonna put it on today.

Do you have pictures of that tensioner? Not exactly sure which you're talking about.

I think I'm in the same boat as you. That idler/tensioner pulley seems to be out of balance, so I think it needs to be replaced too

Read my above posts.... I took it out...

Heres how to do it:
Remove your top radiator hoses...(careful of spillage)
Remove your undertray (bottom of car)
Remove your fans (unplug them first, two screws, lift out)
Then losen the serpentine belt with the pulley (access from bottom of car)
Remove belt
Remove sh@tty black plastic crap idler pulley
Replace belt w/ stock sized serpentine belt
tighten down
eventually WHEN (not if) you get belt slip tighten the belt down again very tight (probably a couple hundred miles later)
Put everything back together and you're set
One less thing to make noise or break.
