Does anybody know the part number of the belt that runs directly off of Stillen's supercharger? It must have worn off of the belt and the instructions for some reason do not give you the part number for this belt.

If anyone is looking for this in the future they have changed to all Gates belts and the part numbers are:

Main Drive Belt: K060500 (I used a 505 because the 500 would not fit after 2 hours of trying)
Middle Belt (6 rib): K060288
Blower Belt (4 rib): K040220 (this one is hard to find because it is a new part for Gates. I just had to order one because no one in all of Phoenix has one)

it seems nobody has this belt(ko40220)i had to order from stillen,found out that performancenissanparts has them also.you cant even cross it over to any other belt companies,i even went to gates belt co. they dont even list it on their site.

 

the bearing is shot on my idler pulley on my serpentine belt... now anyone know where I can get a new one of those?!?!

Looks like they changed the blower belt to K080220. The belt looks a little thicker and hopefully stronger.

 

i highly doubt that, the meanings of the belt #,s are,ko40 is a 4 rib belt 22 inches long,a ko80 is a 8 rib belt 22 inches long.it wouldnt fit in the space provided.

 

you re right it does look a bit thicker (i hope so)the blower belt does not last a long time , slight overtightening will make it go in less than 5K.

 

Maybe they cut it in half then, to make it a 4 rib belt. Either way the belt I just received says the above part number.

These are the correct part numbers u need.
finding the k040220 will be really tough, it doesn't come up in most auto parts stores computers, i'm not sure if it is a specialty belt only for stillen.....
the other two can be found at napa, etc....

 

You can order k040220 through stillen for about 18 bucks or through performance nissan for the same price.... I got mine through perf nissan and it only took a couple days to get here... only problem would be if you broke yours and couldnt drive until you got a new one.

EDIT: You can actually find that belt on performance nissans website in the forced induction section under the stillen supercharger...

 

The K080220 is just that, a cut down version of the original belt K040220 this number (4 or 8) mean that it is either a 4 or 8 rib belt. The (22) number means that it is 22 inches long (around).

If you are replacing your belts with a K080220, be carefull, they have a tendamcy to fraigh because these belts do not like to be cut. I have alot of experience with both, the cut ones are a pain sometimes. Try to specify a 4 rib 22 inch belt. Stillen is just getting cheap on us and ordering the 8 rib and cutting it to make two belts.

Are all the belts the same for the Stage, 2,3, and 4 SC? Just one of those need to know questions since we areon the subject of belts. I am thinking about getting extra belts for the stage 2.

Have not seem my car yet so I am just wondering about the belt issue. If I upgrade to the stage 3, I am assuming I need a different belt.

 

the small belt is the same for all stages.

 

Ok that is one belt. What about the other two. Dont mean to sound like a novice, but it is hard to tell anything without directly looking at it. Does the other two belts change.

What is your set up and belt numbers. I might go stage 4 next summer. Thanks for the help.
