With the design of the Crawfords, I find it highly unlikely they would fit the t-netics kit without modifying the t-netics piping. They are much larger than the DC, nismo, etc.

D350Z10-has a T-netics kit installed with the Crawford headers, see above.

I am getting the TN kit in the spring, can someone give an input on the headers/exhaust?
So far the only two that were tested were the Stillen and DC Sports headers. With these headers yes spool up time was worse. It improved by about 500 RPMs according to taurran going back to stock.

No actuall i hit full boost at approx 2900ish thats fine with me, and like i said before... SHORT TUBE headers might MIGHT not put out any more hp than the stock manifold... but Longtube headers like the crawfords help Top end gains and TQ and rwhp throughout the powerband! I will have the results in 2 weeks... brand new kit.. want to break it in!
If you look at the picture, the driver side headers are shaped different, the dont come out as much! there is about a .5 in space between the downpipe and headers... thats with the headers heat wrapped. I will try to take pics to post... need the car on a lift to show you the space! The turbo and piping block the view.

You know theres no break in needed right? Take that puppy to the dyno. Those turbos are spun up to 50k RPMs during VSR testing before they get put into boxes...and the BOV and wastegate or tested before boxing too. Get the numbers up homie

No dyno yet that I am aware of. The problem with the headers lies in the fact that most people already have them on when they do the kit. Apparentely the Alphawerks fit. SO hes not going to take them off and put them back on just to test it. However if someone has the kit and wants to do Alphawerks headers they could do before and after. I tried to ask Alphawerks if they were interested in providing a set for testing but they wanted me to pay like $300~ for them and thats money that for all I know could be down the drain if they make less hp and make me spool up later. I've got better things to spend money on, like an oil cooler for the track, coilovers, BBK, etc

Yes...typical full boost with stock headers is 3200-3500

Are there any rattles of any kind what so ever with the crawford headers.

REALLY... My tuner told me to break her in first, let it get use to the ecu and car? So i can tune it now? I havn't even given her full power yet, so its cool to beat on her right now? They said get about 150 miles on her or so.

Nope! SO far they are great... no problems or vibration or anything like that!

Maybe a day or two for the ECu to adjut to the fuel in your area but thats it. The turbo is VSR tested at 50k RPMs + before it leaves Turbonetics so the turbo has been spun up and fed oil...let her rip...I did!!

Do you have a wideband or EGT...just keep an eye on them. If you start to run what you feel is to lean let go....

HOLY SH!TTTTTTTTTT THAT WAS CRAZYY, I ran a 11.92 with spin in 1st had a 2.0 60ft with the g-tech.. INSANE FAST, i had her at 9lbs and wasn't running lean or rich.. shes running pretty good with the current emanage tune. I ran three times.... 12.2, 12.15. 11.92. On the first too i didn't know how to launch...to much power. So the thrid i reved to 2800ish right at peak boost burned the hell out of my clutch but ooo well getting a new one soon! It said 0-60 4.7 seconds. I am going to the track tomorrow to verify these results! Last time my g-tech was only off by a tenth! I LOVE THIS KIT BEST THING I EVER BOUGHT! And i KNow she can run alot better tuned and when i get slicks!!!!!
THANKS MIA PLAYA for the heads up!!!!!
I LOVE TURBONETICS

Glad you like....have fun but be safe. If you dont have a wideband do your best to get to a dyno before going to nuts...
