My procharger is making a ratting noise bad. It has play when the vehicle is off and when I turn the pulley at the rear of the charger near the intake like a 1/4 inch I can hear like ametal cling. Where can I get a kit?

 

you have to send the charger back to procharger for repair I don't believe they or anyone else sells a kit to rebuild the charger

 

I had a similar sound with mine except the noise came from the Main Cog Drive Pulley. The problem was a small key inside the pulley that got drastically worn out and caused it to have lots of play. I replaced it for a $1.20 and resolved the issue. Maybe your pulley also has that key worn out. check it first. Hope that helps.

 

Yes I replaced the key but it still has play. Ill call procharger. Id hate to pay them a loa of cash to rebuild it if I can rebuild it myself. Thanks
