Default does t-nec single turbo ecu include map switch ability?
does the t-nec flash ecu offer map switching? IE: 1 map for high boost(racing) and 1 map for low boost (daily driving) at a switch of a button? Sorta like ecu map switching ability arp offers for the audi's

Nope and neither does any company that does reflashs for the Z

If you want that capability with the Turbonetics kit, you'd have to go with an Emanage Ultimate. The EU offers this "toggle switch" map selection.
