Could could save a ton of money, by doing 100mm bore with Darton sleeves, and end up with a roughly 3.8L VQ (I didnt do the math).

well, unlike AEBS, you can actually get this delivered in relatively short order 
yes it's expensive...just like everything else JUN sells. But is uses all top notch equipment, including Carillo rods, Cosworth pistons and a prorpiertary billet crank. Sam exact kit used in the Stream/Option Z.

again, it's JUN...everything they sell is expensive, in the same vein ARC is expensive for JDM stuff and MTM is expensive for Audi stuff.
And yes they have sold 1 for sure...one of our customers bought it in South America
