Default 06 Aps

Hey guys,

I am new to the Forced Induction part of the forums. I just got an 06 z and am still breaking it in. I am looking to put a the APS Twin Turbo kit on around December....

I have a racing mechanic who will do the labor for me at my local nissan dealer so the labor cost isnt an issue...

Where is the best place to buy the kit? Can I buy it anywhere for under $7500?

I am looking to build a street drivable and somewhat reliable turbo Z. I would assume that w/ stock internals i can run 8psi at 420whp. Am I correct?
That would be plenty of power to run on the streets and go to the track on occasion.

Would any of you suggest any internals for this setup or am i okay running this boost for starters?

Also, what guages do i need for the APS setup. There are so many out there... which ones do i really need that will fit in the 3 sectioned door frame above the driver door...

Would i need the apexi boost controller and/or rev box?

I am open to suggestions

Thanks.

Alex.

the search button is your friend....

but in a nutshell 8 psi is safe, but you won't get to 420whp unless you get a plenum ,hf cats/test pipes and a good exhaust as well. Sharif has the kit for a good price and lastely invest the money and have Brainstorm do the install you get what your pay for

good luck
