Can you recommend one that's cheap, lets me read error codes and clear them w/out the ECU reset procedure.

And a reseller who ships to the UK please - this one looked great but doesn't ship

I've been known to ship parts to the UK with no mark up. I got mine at AutoZone for around $10O I believe, works great.

Do UK cars have OBD2 though? I thought that was a US standard. I know that electrical systems arn't identical between the UKs and the USs.

I believe the OBD is a standard interface on most modern cars (and I believe Japanese cars since 1996) - anyhow, the guy I bought from comes from Hong Kong and he ships to UK regularly.
