Can you recommend one that's cheap, lets me read error codes and clear them w/out the ECU reset procedure.

I've been known to ship parts to the UK with no mark up. I got mine at AutoZone for around $10O I believe, works great.
Do UK cars have OBD2 though? I thought that was a US standard. I know that electrical systems arn't identical between the UKs and the USs.
