But my main point is that the APS turbo system was marketed as a faster spooling, more efficient turbo design to the Greddy TT...and that has not been the case, with the cars I've done.

I'm gettin my greddy TT done at Street Image....TT kit w/ fmic, boost gauge, turbo timer, walbro 255, timing harness, greddy RS bov, stock boost, crawford plenum, greddy EVO II exhaust, kinetix hf cats.
Everyone says go with the APS but for some reason i've never been interested in their kit. One reason is the fmic looks ugly to me. Another is that 9 lbs is a lot to run on a stock engine either way you look at it. A lot of people have successfully run 8 lbs on the greddy or 9 on the APS with no problems but there's no denying the fact that it creates stress on the weak rods and pistons. Even 5.6 psi is pushing it in my opinion. (Tuned or not). And some say get another exhaust but not everybody is willing to wait for the HKS or is ballin enough to afford a $1500 exhaust. As long as I have something better than stock then im happy. Plus, the greddy is kinda quiet, which is what I want. If your serious about it, call up Street Image in Baldwin Park and speak to Eric and tell him Anthony with the black G35 (gettin the greddy TT) sent you. His prices are amazing and for the install they use all new hardware and heat wrap a lot more things than other shops.
