Yes, life is good. For the first time in six months I drove my 350z last night. And since today is halloween I get out of work at noon, so I'll be going home to finish up.

Arias pistons 9:1 w/ Pauter rods, I had the heads ported (http://www.etherealdesign.com/pics/zmotor/), and that's all thats new. Beside that I have the greddy tt kit and resonated test pipes. Next spring I'll be doing the clutch and fuel system. Until then I just want to drive it!

Well, I got a great deal on the porting from a local place here in Detroit called BHP. They used a CNC machine to pull out the majority of the metal and then smoothed it over by hand. They store the program they used on my heads for the next time they do a VQ. In all reality the work was mild, I didn't have time for a mean port / flow testing / etc. But if you want their contact info let me know, I would recommend this place over any head shop I've ever been too. And trust me, in Detroit we have a lot. I'm going to be pulling the head for my eclipse over the winter for them to reaaaally open up. I actually took the old head up there for them to test the best methods for it on the flow bench so when they do the head im running they will know what they want to do. The head guy over there built heads for some english drag car that made over 2000 ft/lbs! And he also worked on a car that took the land speed record in the early 90's. Pretty cool stuff.

Yeah, I used to race on Tele a lot. I only went to Redline a couple times this year in my eclipse. It's maroon w/ black wheels, big fmic, big fart cannon.
