Default $2000 for a ATI Procharger?

First of all i would like to say thanks to anyone that replies to this message.

Okay, so i bid on a ATI Procharger Tuner kit on ebay for $600 dollars. The bidding mysteriously dissapears and i am left wondering what happened. turns out the guy said he had not set a reserve price on the item and that he could not risk letting it go for such a low price. so he says how's $2500 sound? i said that all i had was $1100. He says $2000 would be fine. I know its the deal of a life time but i'm just scared about this company. it doesn't sound very reputable and i don't want to be giving away so much money only to get ripped off. has anyone ever heard or dealt with www.motoringline.com? if so please comment! thank you so much!!1

Be carefull, what ever you do do not pay by money order or cashiers check. I won a Procharger on ebay for 2145.00. Paid with cashiers check, auction turned out to be a fraud. I am 99.9% certain I will never see that money again and ebays buyer protection only returned 175.00 of 2145.00. If you do decide to buy pay by using a service like escrow.com. There is a fee but it is way cheaper than loosing 2000.00. If the seller won't go for that payment method it is proabably a scam.

Haven't heard back from my friend yet but hold off. Trust me it will be worth it to wait.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

Ok, here is what happened.

My friend works for "one" of the 3rd party logos on their site. Well they are placed in certain areas to validate authenticity. I had my friend check them out and they are not certified. If they are willing to "STEAL" an e-certificate who knows what kind of scam or what they will steal from you.
