350Z FI noob questions,please help
I am about to install a Procharger and have a few questions.
First off, in the Procharger manual it says to change the fuel filter if the car has over 30,000 mi. but when I asked my local Nissan parts dealer for a fuel filter for the Z they said it came as a fuel pump/filter assembly (one item) and couldn't find any other fuel filter on the car. So I checked my service manual with the same results. Is there a replaceable fuel filter on the Z ?
Second, if I am using an LM-1 wide band , Greddy boost and f/p gauges is it nessesary to have a EGT gauge to be safe. Also using J&S safeguard.
Third and last, does it harm a FI engine when the TCS kicks in hard ? I know the Procharger manual says that hitting the rev limiter causes a dangerous lean condition due to fuel cut off. I think the TCS only uses throttle control but wasn't sure.
Thanks for any info you can give.

First - No fuel fiter just a small screen on the pump assembly
Second - No need for an EGT guage IMHO
Third - My understanding is that the TCS does not cut fuel but rather closes the throttle so you get the opposite, I hit it frequently and still going, usually get a puff of smoke when I do.
