i thought the turbonetics kit would run any type of header?

I'm sure a 350whp/350wtq turbo car does feel faster than a 376whp/320 wtq supercharger because of the tq difference and in a straight line with good traction probably will be faster

It will bolt up to any header that uses the facotry exit but there is the chance of a clearance issue with the header primaries and the downpipe. You could bang the crap out of the downpipe and get it to fit like taurran did but its not what I would do.

the prob

the prob is i cant send my ECU to US that why it is hard to go with turbo,,,i can buy unichip,,,,so can i use unichip with turbonetics?or use unichip insted of SSbox which come with vortech?

Go with the Turbonetics kit and the Unichip. Or the new Utec if you can spend some more money. Both would get you a solid 370 - 400 RWHP with the torque to match.
