i'm in the middle of my install. the engine bay is really tight. fit and finish of the kit is great.
i just hate thier wastegate and bov. also get extra heat wrap and exhaust wrap. i forgot to wrap mine and could only do a little bit on the first part of the exhaust.

if i had to do it agian i would still get the turbonetics kit.

For $4200 how can someone not turbocharge their car.

Fuel economy on the highway went up about 5 mpg to 32 mpg @ 70mph. But you give that back under boost as you can actually watch the fuel guage drop.

This thing pulls like a MF. If I can get my car to hook up it will be even faster. The kit is attractive aestheticly, and is well designed. I'm loving it. I have had it 4 days already.

Somewhat true, The price went up 600 dollars after sema. Turbonetics felt to increase the price. Now they are 4800 at best.

Why do you hate the wastegate and BOV?

You can always replace the BOV with the greddy but the TNetics works well and sounds good so why bother?

Werd the Turbonetics kit has been great on my car. 12k + miles now and never a problem. Gas mileage only drops as much as you press the pedal down. If you rive civilized you get good mileage. If you drive like me you fill up twice a week

Ive decided to go another route, the single turbo isnt as appealing to me as potential 400+wrhp on one install with no forged internals... sounds much better!

I don't understand the response. Maybe its the bad grammar?
You should be able to get 400 rwhp or so out of the TNetics ST. Others have.
What kit are you talking about exactly?
But regardless, much over 400 on an unbuilt motor is pushing your luck IMO.

Maybe if you searched and read threads already available... You would already know that the Turbonetics Single Turbo is more than capable of over 400 WHP on the stock motor

But whatever it is your money.

lol fyi you are not getting better gas mileage... when you change out your fuel injectors the computer gets wacked out. there is no way you are actually getting 32 mpg no matter what the computer on your car says.

But the Tnetics use a ecu reflash, so if the values are directly changed at the ecu, it should account for the 380cc injetors.

fine I give up... if you want to believe adding a turbo gives you 20% better gas mileage go ahead. I wonder why tnetics doesn't advertise their turbo increases your MPG, with prices of gas these days you think they would be flying off the shelves. I mean the kit would almost pay for itself in 3 years if you drive alot.

So MIAPLAYA, whats the word from Tnetics? does the kit give you 20% increase in highway gas mileage or what?
