Congrats! To get 450+ you will need minor work, 440 inj, engine managment u-tec sugggested, good exhaust, plenum, I would go with headers also. Plus you will be running high boost, so you might have to build you your block to be safe.

After market headers won't work well with the Turbonetics kit. Unless you are meaning a totally redesigned/custom exhaust manifold, which I have yet to see.

Could you run the HKS K-Pro intsead of the U-tec? I hear people are getting better numbers with less boost with this but haven't heard any users on the u-tec yet.

That is actual debaitable, I have the Crawford headers on my kit And on a G-tec it says 412 rwhp not tuned on there, I know that is not that accurate but its not 50 hp of or anything. So agree to disagree, the Crawford and alphawerk headers have put out more power than stock manifold.

Nice, good to know they make power though. How about the turbo spool up time? Have you compared the spool up rpms of you and other TN owner with stock mani?

Some Pics from the install Day 1 Saturday. After Shaggy and I installed Injectors, intercooler, and totally didnt follow the directions b/c we thought we could do it easier on the power stearing cooler instead of routing it to the side of the car. we should be done tomarrow we just messed around today

Gosh i love this kit. I'm so going to get my hands on this or the Greddy.

Do you have the option of not wanting that huge spearco logo on the IC?

there is one thing i hate about the system. the wastegate location and mount is terrible. it almost hits the frame of the car, im worried the movement of the motor might make the gate hit

Agreed with the location, though mine along with pics that I have seen of others... Do not show any real issue with being able to move as much to kit something.

Also progress is looking pimp
