Default injector firing?

anyone know off hand how the vq fires the injectors. is it batch fire or all sequential? save me some time to check if someone knows.

When the car starts it does batch injections, all six injectors fire at the same time (6 times per revolution). Once the car is started and running they fire sequentially (each injector fires one time per revolution).

If the car drops in the 'limp' mode the injectors will fire at the same time again, but I believe they will fire twice per cylinder (12 times per revolution). This is why the car runs really bad!

Sequential...for purposes of tuning and things like that. Most modern EFI systems use sequential fuel injection.

Kevin is right....good recall...batch on start up....but I cant remember if its just cold start or all start.
