Correct.
All tire mfg print specs for each tire model.
Tirerack.com has a large munber of these specs.
Biggest tire on 8.5" for Michelin PS2 is a 255
Biggest tire on 9.5" for Michelin PS2 is a 275

Those are just recommendations. I know (by trial and error) what works and what doesn't, and what works best (for traction) and what doesn't. Tried LOTS of different tire combo's on these cars over the last 3 years.......trusss meee

WA2GOOD, what offset are your Nismo wheels, front and back?

Also, I still don't see how a 315 tire can work with a 9.5 inch rim without bulging out the sides like crazy. Hell even my 295's on my 10.5 Volk GT-V bulges more than the tires in your pictures.

I'm looking to get BFG 315/30/18 DR's in the back and BFG 265/35/18's up front btw.

it's because of the 30 instead of 35 - more width (which adds diameter too) and less sidewall to flex and buldge out. His offsets are the standard nismo wheel offsets - around 30mm i think

So basically any 9.5 or 10.5 rim the same specs as the Nismo would work with a 315 18" tire?

Okay, so a 9.5 rim in the back would work fine, but would a 10.5, same offset, fit better?

18x8.5" front with a 285/30/18 or a 265 or 275/35/18
18x9.5" rear with a 315/30/18 or a 305/30/18
WA2GOOD you might want to double check that tire size info on Vision619. You do have the correct sizing for your track tires. You have the Corsa's 285/30-18 front 315/30-18rear. Vision619 has the PS2's that are 315/30-18 rear and 275/35-18 front. Just to clarify the fitments to a street application. Although the 315's have no problem with fitment you might want to caution that you don't have the everyday tire Joe installing these for you, and on a couple of cars there were small small mods that were done to keep it on the safe side with clearance. They were not always neccesary but were done as precaution.

My rear fenders were rolled. Not needed but done just in case.
