If you are wnating to go with an ATI Procharger . You will need [ as I stated on the other forum you posted this ] Some type of engine management [ the kit dooesnt come with ANY ] You need to call ATI and ask what pulleys they have that will up the boost to the level to get over 400whp . You will need a return fuel system , bigger injectors to match the hp level you want [ 440 or 550 injectors ]

As for the C-2 it can make up to 700hp and 40psi that should be enough for now
if the bottom end is ready i would go ATI C-2 small cog and bigger injectors and stand alone like big stuff or megasquirt...etc!

as for the 700hp from the C-2 it can be achived with a V6 or 4 banger!
I am not familiar with the ATI (I have a Vortech) but I am guessing they operate very similarly. (Both are centrifugal superchargers driven by the crank) A lot of people will tell you to go with turbos, while others, like myself are still trying to push the envelope when it comes to superchargers. I am not going to debate one side or the other because I believe it is up to personal preference. I love FI in all forms.
I recently rebuilt my engine with 9:1 pistons. With the lower compression we were able to add a lot of timing back in. The car made 475rwhp on a dynojet with a conservative tune. I ran out of money during the build so I couldn't push it any further. After the holidays I will probably be able to continue moving forward. I plan to raise the rev limiter, switch to a smaller pulley, (upgrade the blower if I have to), and probably swap the Split Second box for another piggyback unit with better tuning capabilities. 500rwhp is definitely attainable, I'm hoping for more.

^^^^ dude you rock!^^^^^
See i am not for or against specific SC as
turbo's are done again and again and vortech makes a sweet head unit as does the ATI stuff!
So that is sweet and i did a ATI head unit on a 4 banger making 300fwhp...stock timing, stock internals...etc!
good stuff love centrifugal blowers and yep just a Turbo with a pulley not hot side and no hot air going it just good boost!

My suggestion... Listen to booger. Become his close friend and learn from his mistakes (hope that wasn't mean...) he's been where you are and is well beyond. This isn't his first motor build, nor is he a stranger to CF S/C's.
Happy Modding! Be safe.
