I will one other thing you know the second tap on the block the one where I just have to make the thread bigger. Its not supposed to go through the block right? Its supposed to stop its just a sensor right? And how do I get all the metal shavings out of the hole? Will it be ok if I cant get all the shavings out?
No you need to get the shavings out. Use a vacuum if you have to.

The one where you removed the stock oil pressure sensor? If so no. You will have one hole that you created with a drll and tapped. That one goes all the way through. The other hole where you removed the sensor you just run the tap in and out slowly to widen it a bit and install the tee fitting.
