Of course gasoline is just as dangerous but your fuel tank is not necessarily a windshield washer fluid tank and the system is designed to SAFELY store and pump fuel.

Sure you can run pure meth and if you want to do it and have piece of mind then you'll basically be designing a secondary fuel system. Complete with fuel cell, meth compatable lines, nozzles and pump(s).

Running pure meth may accomplish the same ultimate goal as water injection but to tell someone they can run pure meth through a system not designed for it is something that I don't advocate.

Now if I misunderstood your post and you were making a general statement about spraying pure meth into the engine with little to no adverse effects using a compatable system, then I agree. Hell you can spray propane all day long if you want. But, seeing how MoodDudes topic is about H20 injection I did not assume the latter.

I might be selling my aquamist 1s system. It is brand new. It was installed used for about 5 minutes. I paid $550. I will know if I am selling after the new year.

those water/alcohal kits are cool, but your Z is not really a DD anymore, more of a strip car. I considered w/a injection, and if i ran my car at a track only ide get it. Truthfully there are alot of factors for a FI car already, W/A inj will work but i have enough headaches now. I think some people are shooting for too much HP, when traction is really a big issue, anything over 400 you cant hook up till third with a TT kit

Everyone asks me the same question - I don't know maybe I am stupid? Sometimes it feels that way. I use to wake up in the morning on the weekend in LA and decided what I wasn't going to do, in Albany I wake up and can't think of anything to do - Unless I drive 3+ hours, then there is plenty to do.

The real reason I move was because of work. I only have 4 more months than I am moving on!!!!

I always thought it was torque your wheels couldn't handle, where as HP is for speed. Like they say - torque gets you there, hp keeps you there. Yet, when I am in an Autocross and you can't downshift in a turn and you want all that bottom end torque to pull you back up to speed, that is when you really want more!!! So my reason for the Water Injection is to increase the boost to gain more torque, yet hp will be an added benifit. And from what I have read, even if you don't want more, water injection keeps everything cool and clean (safer).
