Next Mods to my TT Z
Need some help on some components for my next mod's. Any other manuafactures you might recommend for the following:
1. Oil Cooler - Thinking of going with Stillen (found a great article someone wrote on how to install the Stillen with a Intercooler.)
2. Clutch and Flywheel - Since my stock clutch has a problem when I put on to much torque to fast, I need to upgrade. Thinking of going with RPS Max Street Clutch and Flywheel.
3. Plenum Spacer - Thinking about going with MotorDyne 5/16" spacer. I really don't want to loose my front tower strut bar!!
Last but not least - I will be putting WI on my TT. Only recommendation I need is where to install the nozzles. I know the best place is before the intercooler - is there any problems with the Mass Air Meter when you do this?

actually the best place for the nozzle is right before the throttle body and after the maf. the closer the better cause the water/methanol needs to stay atomized to be effective.

Can you let me know where you got your info?
Thanks
i was going with common sence really. i could not imagine the water to stay atomized by how it slows and divides going through an intercooler, not to mention misting on a hot wire maf that is dependant on air temp and velocity to make fuel corrections. not sure what manufacturer you are referring to, but i have never seen a w/i nozzle before an intercooler or maf.

The RPS 6puck MAX with flywheel is a great choice, and should easily hold 500whp without breaking the bank.
The ATS Carbon twins with 1350kg pressure plate is a better setup, but nearly twice the price....but will also last at least twice as long.
