Very impressed with Tnetics customer service,a bit over the top,but impressed..I cant imagine they will do that for everyone.

Well I'm not surprised everyone thinks thats over the top as at first I couldn't believe it either. But after talking to Reggie this is the kind of service they always strive to give and would do it again in a heartbeat.

This is long....sorry!
Instead of starting another thread I figured I'd tell a Turbonetics customer service story here.
There I was....
On my way to work this morning I was exiting a freeway and shifted to neutral due to traffic and a slight downhill slope around to a traffic light. I noticed my auto lights had gone off. Then thought that it really wasn't bright enough for that to happen. I look down and my tach is at 0.
So I coast around the corner and onto a shoulder. Thought to myself maybe my car entered limp mode or something strange but I hadn't boosted on my entire trip so that couldn't be. I tried starting it a couple of times and could tell that it wasn't electrical so that was a good thing. Then I remembered smelling what I thought was paint thinner on the highway a few miles back.
I get out of my car and check the passenger side and sure enough I've got fuel spilling out from under my car. I jacked the rear up enough to look to see if I had hit something and rupture a line or something but all of the lines were clean. The fuel seemed to be coming directly from the fuel tank, not good. To add to this I was in uniform (military) and I was trying my best to lay on the ground without destroying my clothes. It probably looked like I was playing twister to passersby.
So what do I do next? Call AAA, tow truck, friend? Nah...I call Reggie at Turbonetics! I told him what was up and he told me he'd call me back in a couple of minutes. After about 2 minutes, if that, he calls and says to check the fuel pump connection. I pull the back seat and sure enough the line had popped off. I never thought I'd be happy to see a disconnected fuel line and fuel inside my G but I didn't stop smiling for an hour or so.
You can't beat emergency roadside assistance for your turbo kit.
Thanks Reggie. You continue to give the absolute best customer support I've ever received for any product purchased.
