Default Turbonetics Customer Service Story...

So a person to remain nameless recently wrecked his G35 shortly after installing his G35 ST kit. Everyone I'm sure knows full well that Turbonetics offers a 12k miles/ 12month warranty on EVERY part of the kit REGARDLESS of who or how the damage was caused. In his case the intercooler and several of the intake pipes were destroyed beyond repair and his G was totalled out. Consequently he purchased another G35 and contacted Reggie at Turbonetics about the kit. Well as I'm sure you have already guessed Turbonetics replaced all the damaged parts for him...FREE OF COST. Now if thats not taking care of your customers I don't know what is...

Attached are the pics of the damaged goods..

Agreed although I gotta say I would think thats even going a little above and beyond..I mean their policy is no fault no hassle but destroying every boost pipe and the intercooler fans when totalling a car...thats some extraordinary service...

wow...that is really going above and beyond. I would never expect a manufacturer to replace parts that were damaged in a collision!!

actually i am good friends with the owner of the g35 and he was not at fault a 4runner pulled out in front of him while going about 50mph on a surface street and well he swerved to miss the car but still hit and rolled the car about 4 times. he was extremely lucky nobody got hurt and also that tnetics replaced the system at no charge.

Wait, let me guess their response, "thats odd, we never experienced that problem. The proper install of our kit and the placement of the oil feed and return lines is crucial in the optimal performance of the flux capacitor, we are god,you suck..Give me your money you dumb american.." LOL

I see what you mean but thats a little exaggerated. I never had a problem getting anything from APS. GRD helped me out on numerous occasions. Peter even sent me something direct overnight from Australia free of charge....I don't know why anyone else should have an issue. I was very happy with my customer service. Sorry to change the topic....just thought I'd shed a little light
