Default Doing some quick pricing

I know prices have gone up recently, etc...

I want a ballpark range as close to the penny as you can get on what it cost to turbo/twin ur car.

So list kit, price for kit, price for install/tune, parts/accessories with (gauges bov, etc)

Im getting REAL serious about being in market for turbo but gotta start running figures (cause im a freaking math perfectionist sorry)

ballpark if your gonna have the kit installed and tuned
5500.00 greddy kit off ebay (i bought mine that way)
1200.00-1500.00 for the install
tune will be about 400-500.00, even though its simple, your gonna get charged
BOV greddy r/s on ebay 170.00
aem wideband 350-400.00
boost gauge defi 100.00 off ebay
about 275.00 to install
test pipes 150-300.00
fuel pump 100.00
turbo exhaust 1100-1500.00
install about 350.00

your gonna spend 10k to do it somewhat right, make sure you have a daily driver, and money in the bank, in case you blow-up * i have about 6k put away just incase i need to build the block

I agree with Ted - $10k is what you need to estimate. The only thing I would add to his list was two EGT's (same price as boost gauge).

I think as long as you have a good tune and watch your gauges, you won't blow-up your engine. Just don't expect it to last as long.

The price range will vary depending on whp goal and psi needed to reach it, but the above numbers are good. For 400whp at 8psi I added the following:
-complete return fuel system and pump (about $1100)
-eManage Ultimate and harnesses (about $650)
-reflash stock ECU (about $400)

If you setup a package with us, we'll throw in that boost guage for free. Call us before you buy anything from EBAY. You might be surprised!

I think EBay is a hit and miss for price, quality, and getting what you think you ordered. Just need to check on the seller (and not the great rating on EBay they have gotten from their friends) before you buy!

Stick with a real supplier that sells name brand parts, you get what you pay for. And no I am not a supplier.

Just my

yeah, ebay is hit and miss, but if you find that "one seller" you get some deals, i deal with www.city-speed.com on ebay, there pretty cool. When i bought my turbo kit from them, the second box for the greddy kit didnt come, and it was missing the wastegates. Without question they overnighted my parts to where my car was being worked on. Im sure Shariff can match or beat there deals, If i had to do it again, i would rather have gone on a forum and met a sponsor and buy it from them. sending 5500.00 to someone on the net is scary, and when the second box didnt come, my heart skipped a beat, good thing there good people.

Agreed. I just bought a Greddy RS BOV from him. I checked ebay for pricing first. The lowest I found was 150.00 plus 30.00 shipping. This is pretty much Sharif's price. His prices on his site include shipping. He ships fast and is there for you if you have questions. He knows the Z very well and that to me is worth a couple bux!
