Yeah Sharif, this is Mike in FL. The box was freshly sealed when I got it...so it's definitely not an issue on your part......I'll have to dig around maybe, see if we can find it......or see if we can figure out how to use it without it.
Here is a pic. It comes in a little bag, so it might be easy to overlook. Radio Shack might even have them.

Just looks like a stereo jack, anything that plugs in I imagine would work...

Good to hear! We have several more in stock, and a bunch of EU's and UTEC if anyone needs anything.

It's just a stereo plug with three connections, gnd, left, and right, OR gnd, tip, and ring. (I don't know if there is a standard for which channel goes on the tip).

Leave the gnd unwired, and short the tip and ring together with wire and solder. It's explained at the Innovative forum.

Innovate has a great forum on their website for their products. Its good to go there on occasion as they release software updates and firmware updates as well.

I'm interested in getting one of these. I have the APS TT and APS 2.5" exhaust. Would I not need to have a bung welded into the exhaust or does this simply mount in the location of the stock 02 sensor? I have always thought that I needed to weld a bung into the exhaust...I just want to be clear about this before I buy this.

You would have to bung weld it.

Thanks...I wanted to be 100% sure about this before attempting to install it myself.

Sharif, I know the end of last year you had these for sale @ $350. Are you still offering this price?

Hey Innovate guru's I have a brand new less han 1200 miles WB in the car. During a recent tuning session the A/F's started reading leaner and leaner way off, and eventually read P9. Is my sensor shot? I hit the calibrate button 3X quickly at idle but no go, way off now. Its mounted out back downstream of serious heat I dont know how it could have gone bad so quick...how much are replacements?

You mounted the sensor towards the rear of the exhaust? Closer to the tips??? Shouldn't it be way up front....before the cats (if you have any)???

Kind of like some people get their AFR checked during a dyno but the shop doesn't put the sensor in place of their O2 sensors...instead at the tips...that's not very accurate is it?

For replacements try here:

https://www.1stvwparts.com/keyword.html

Use the part number from the Innovate materials or their forums. This is much cheaper than ordering one from them. The tech on the phone with Innovate is the one who told me where to go as he said they are why overpriced from them. I thought that was great service.

You want it before the cats, but if you have test pipes, then you can get away with it being further down on the exhaust and avoid the higher temps that can kill the sensors faster.

Error 9 means: Voltage too low. Supply Voltage too low for sensor regulation.

Here is a link to the LC-1 manual. Sounds like a wiring issue of some kind.
