Question TN ECU re-flash or UTEC

Hi guys,
I am getting my TN kit soon to be installed on a stock engine with an upgraded 560cc injectors, sued I go with the TN re-flash or a Turboxs UTEC.

If i get the UTEC starting the car for the first time after installation is it rely difficult to tune it.

Get the utec. Have a pro tune and install it. If you don't really know what your doing it can cost you an engine 5-6k.

the re-flash doesnt adjust timing enough... it is way off in terms of timing.

Yes you do need the one flashed by Turbonetics to run the car before the Utec kicks in with the oncoming of boost.

Not true... The car will start and drive with no flash... keep under 2500 rpms and it will drive but better off getting the flash because allows ecu to see boost and rasies idle to 1000 so wont stall with the injectors.

If your car is stock except for the TN kit and you plan not a single other mod then the reflash is fine. The TN kit was designed for a stock car. Any mods and you are experimenting.

No one can promise anything once you have changed from stock configuration.

Which exhaust?

Go ahead and get the TN reflash for starters, and we can add and tune the UTEC later. But yes....get the UTEC for tuning.
