Im not sure if this has been covered, but I didnt run into anything regarding it. Im curious to see if and what tuners have been encountering with the FI kit tuning on the various years of the Z - more so related to the changes to the VQ and ECUs over the years....such as:

03-04........Default
04.5-05.....ECU/Wide Band 02 change
05-06........REV UP Motor (VTC for exhaust -tuning/physical space (though very minimal-any possibly fitment issues)

i think your are right on target ,no major changes has been found ,curently installing stroker kit on 06 model.all the same fitment as previous year

 

fitment isn't an issue in the rev-up...just getting more power before tuning than the 287bhp models. Have to wait a while longer to see its longevity comparisons tho.
