The Stage 4 can be purchaced from Stillen approx: $850 USD

Cheers Amy -

It is a big change, and is not CARB Cert in California

Also voids any Stillen warantee

Thanks...do you also need to adjust the belt (tighten them up I assume since you go with small size?)

Yes, you will need to re-adjust the tensioner, just a little bit, not by too much tho.

And stage 4 is well worth the $800, I love it

you will have to tighten the belt because the pulley is smaller also the sc belt should have a spring loaded tensioner(mine does).

Yes, stage 4 is a considerable difference vs stage 3. you will also notice that the car wants to pull higher and harder in hte RPM range. You'll like it

What did you have to do to your motor in order to use the stage 4 pulley? Is it safe for a motor that stock? Does Stillen make a supercharger for the 300hp Track Model Z? Will i need to get some sort of ECU tuning to use the Stillen Supercharger with my intake, headers, and exhaust systems? Sorry about all the questions but thanx anyways.

I have no internal mods on my car at all. The setup is set up to be safe, thus it runs considerably rich in it's tune. The only reason why Stillen recomends to stick with stock headers/cats etc... is due to the fact that this type of blower needs a certain amount of backpressure to sustain it's boost levels. If you free up too much of the exhaust, the SC will actually boost less. so you can run this kit with headers etc... but you will notice less boost than the same setup on a car with stock cats/headers.
There are people out there running the setup with headers etc... and they just upgrade to a stage 3, to compensate for the loss of boost, however jumping into a stage 4 realm, may require extra tuning to get everything to tie in properly.

Also, no, they have not come out with a kit for the 300hp rev-up engines yet. They are working on it, and should have it released by summer, or so we hope.

Thanx for the info, but if they don't make a supercharger for my car then i guess i'm SOL. I hate to have to put my stock headers back on cause the Alpha Werxs Headers was a pain to put on. Plus i'd rather get the stage 2 so that it's carb legal. I don't want more trouble then neccessary. I just want a little more horse power for myself.

Tony, I was just reading another post that stated: 287 hp for 2003 Track Model Z and not 300 hp like i thought. Is this true? If so, does that mean i can use a Stillen Supercharger?

Stillen supercharger is good for the 287hp model :03,04,and 05.
all you need with it is cat back exhaust , no headers , no race pipes otherwise you will loose some boost. i am now in stage 4, very sweet very smooth and lots of fun! it comes with a new control box and a new fuel pump and a larger injector so that the mixture stays rich and safe from detonation. stage 2 and 3 do not require the new fuel pump. but for all stage 2 people they can go directly to stage 4 its worth it!!

when i had the stage 3 kit they did not send a pump and they said that no need for it. when i got stage 4 , they sent me the pump and a new control box. However they said that with this new conrol box and pump i can also run the stage 3 pulley.
